The studio is located on a private residential property, yet the space is completely detached from the home, offering the comfort of a boutique environment with the professionalism of a dedicated Pilates facility. The Equipment
Our fully equipped studio offers high-quality, professional Pilates apparatus to support every level of practice, from beginner to advanced. The space features a STOTT PILATES® SPX Reformer, known for its smooth carriage ride and precision spring system—ideal for building control, stability, and strength. We also offer a Balanced Body Reformer/Cadillac combo, providing the versatility of two major pieces of equipment in one. This allows for an expansive range of exercises, including traditional reformer work, Cadillac support, and more rehabilitative or mobility-focused movements.
To complement the larger equipment, the studio includes a wide variety of props such as bands, balls, weights, stability cushions, boxes, and more. These tools enhance sessions by adding challenge, support, and variety, ensuring that each workout is tailored to your unique goals and needs.
